Wine grown in our own vineyard in Veľký Krtíš, the location named Viničky I. ranks into the category grapes selection with its cider sugariness 23,1°NM. The wine belongs to the category D.S.C - so the wine with protected origin of the top quality of Slovak appellations. We offer great Pinot of the exquisite season. It shines not only due to its analytical parameters but also due to deep impressions when being tasted. Rapsberry-bricken coloured flashes, higher extracts and alcohol but lower acids due to over ripeness transfer the wine from our geographical areas far to destinations optimal for red wine. It stands out due to its satiness and body tenderness with rich feelings reminding a bunch of over-ripe wild berries.... . Spiciness, long impression, fulfilling and passion highlight its rich bouquet. Wine parameters: Alcohol: 14%, residual sugar: 2,1 g/l, acids overall: 4,44 g/l, sulphur overall: 68 mg/l, histamine: 1,6 mg/l.

The king of blue cider varieties - this is how many experts name the wine. And we must admit it is just right as it is grown in all vineyard regions. The season of 2015 was harvested in early October with its sugariness of 23,1°NM, so the category quality wine with the attribute grapes selection. Healthy berries with dark thick jacket were harvested in our ecological vineyard with the registry number A 303009/0464 situated in the Central Slovakia vineyard region named Vinica, the village, in Husárka location. Its colour reaches ruby red tons with scents of intense fruitiness reminding cherries, sour cherries, plums and black currants. It attracts with spicy taste and tenderness or elegance and charm at the same time. It has full bod due to the used technologies of sur-lie method - the wine was left in light pulps and that is why its great cider acids were naturally decomposed for twelve months. For a while it was left in a wined barrel for light perfection, rounding and micro-oxidation. We offer the harmonic wine with tenderness and roundness of overall alcohol 13,5 % volume, sugar 6,5g/l , acids overall 5,15 g/l with sulphur dioxide content 87 mg/l and histamine 0,6 mg/l.
