We bottled up the white vine for the first time after one year of its fermentation but it was not a coincidence. The concentration of aromatic substances is so intense we decided to offer the mentioned feature to all grape variety lovers as soon as possible. The grapes come from our vineyard area called Viničky I situated in the village Veľký Krtíš as well as the vineyard called Pustatina situated in the village Dolné Plachtince in the Central Slovakia region, particularly in Modrý Kameň county. The wine is a mixture of two clones of the archaic variety - namely Gewurztraminer and Roter. We harvested it during sunny days of September when its sugariness achieved 23°NM. Our wine bears a stamp of D.S.C. (Districtus Slovakia Controllatus) meaning "wine with protected origin of top quality from Slovak appellations". What information should it bring to customers? It is definitely traceableness of grapes and wine origin so a customer is ensured receiving top quality grown and processed in a particular vineyard in Slovakia, just as we declare with our every single wine. The glass of the wine offers golden colour, pleasant spicy scent mixing with flowery tones of roses and violets. Fresh acids balance the fullness of its taste.
